Ticket Terms & Conditions

• Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Prices quoted are excluding but subject to prevailing taxes, including 9% goods and services tax (GST).
• Successful registrants will be sent a confirmation email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
• For Conference and Associated Events’ tickets, full payment is required for registration to be completed and access will be granted only thereafter.
• All badges are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
• No refunds shall be made for cancellations and/or non-attendance.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Milipol TechX (MTX) 2026 is a business event and only professionals, trade and business attendees will be permitted entry. As such:
  • Attendees are required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic uniform). You will be denied entry if your attire is deemed inappropriate.
  • Members of the general public, minors, individuals below the age of 18 and infants in arms/strollers are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any time.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to verify identities prior to admission, refuse entry, nullify and/or confiscate badges should there be a discrepancy with our records. Proof of identity will be requested upon registration.
• Attendees that are deemed in conflict with the nature of business, spam or fraudulent profiles will not be permitted entry and/or have their badges confiscated and registrations voided.
• Due to the highly sensitive nature of the Event and in order to preserve its neutrality, the Attendee accepts and acknowledges that his/her participation may be cancelled due to his/her direct or indirect involvement in the news, in a diplomatic, judicial and/or security matter concerning him/her, this measure being taken as a precaution.
• In this case, the Attendee will be notified as soon as possible by the Organiser who will reimburse the cost of the event ticket (excludes all other associated costs), without the Attendee being able to claim damages or seek the responsibility of the Organiser in this regard.
• The Organisers’ decisions in all matters are final. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or reject your registration and is not obliged to state any reasons.
