Important Security Warning

Protecting our exhibitors from fraudulent activity and data scams.

At MTX 2026, the security and privacy of our exhibitors and attendees are our top priorities. We are aware that third-party companies often target trade show exhibitors by claiming to sell "official" attendee lists, database records, or discounted hotel bookings.

Please read the following advisory carefully to protect your company from potential scams.

1. MTX Does Not Sell Attendee Lists

MTX 2026 (and its organising partners) does not sell, rent, or distribute attendee contact lists or databases to any third-party vendors.

Any offer claiming to provide a "Verified Attendee List," "Exhibitor Database," or "Lead List" for MTX 2026 is a scam. These companies are not affiliated with MTX, and the data they are offering is often fraudulent, outdated, or scraped from public websites.

2. Unauthorised Third-Party Solicitations

You may receive emails from companies claiming to be partners of MTX 2026. These solicitations often include:

Data Scams: Offers to sell "confirmed email lists" of MTX 2026 visitors.

Housing Scams: Unauthorised travel agencies claiming to offer "exclusive" or "discounted" hotel rates for the event.

Directory Scams: Invitations to update your profile in "Online Directories" or "Fair Guides" that result in hidden, recurring fees.

MTX 2026 has no affiliation with these companies. They are using our event name and logo without permission to mislead exhibitors.

3. Recommended Actions

If you are contacted by a suspicious third party:

DO NOT reply to the email.

DO NOT click on any links or download any attachments, as these may contain malware.

DO NOT provide credit card details or any sensitive business information.

REPORT IT: Please forward the suspicious email to registration@mtx.sg so we can alert our community and take legal action where possible.

BLOCK & DELETE: Block the sender’s domain in your email client to prevent future solicitations.

Thank you for your continued support of MTX 2026. By staying vigilant, we can ensure a safe and successful event for all participants.
